Cerebro is a personal agent for one knowledge worker — me — not a team or an org. The assistants I've tried are built around meetings, inboxes, and managing other people, not around doing the work. So I started building one for myself: an agent that holds context across sessions, carries the long-horizon grunt work, and can extend itself as it learns the shape of the work.
The bottleneck isn't intelligence, it's context and continuity. Every new tool starts from zero; memory is shallow and vector-only; and today's agents can't reliably carry a multi-step task across sessions without losing the plot. I wanted an assistant whose memory is a real, queryable knowledge structure — and that can extend itself toward the specific shape of my work instead of waiting for someone to build the next integration.
Cerebro is a ground-up rebuild on three bets:
Early. The architecture is being designed and scaffolded now. This is the direction I'm heading; I'll replace it with something more concrete once there's more to say.
